With a proven track record in the property sector, working alongside the agents at Cushman and Wakefield, JLL, and Adapt, Ninetwo crafted a new brand look and feel, interactive website, print materials, and large-scale vinyls culminating in a successful launch event captured by our team on video for documenting the flagship project as a whole across social.
Launch Event
The culmination of a lot of hard work from a number of parties. Ninetwo worked directly with German company, AM Alpha (the client) to provide all the assets for a successful launch. From bespoke brochures to wayfinding signage, marketing, and interactive giant iPads packed full of digital content to support in telling the brand story of the building’s refurbishment to become one of the most sustainable buildings in Scotland. Coupled with the excitement of the live performance from Scotland’s very own Luke La Vope the excitement was expertly captured on video rounding of the storytelling of this chapter in the building’s history.
Video Marketing
With sustainability always at the forefront of the project, with all printed assets being completed on recycled stocks where possible, the project had a digital-first approach. A stand-out website could only be enhanced with video marketing, making the most of motion to bring the building’s visuals to life. The best video editing techniques, shooting, and motion graphics were all used as part of pulling the full package together for 200 Broomielaw.
